		<description>If they really wanted ZF to take-off they would finish the PayPal module and add a Google check out module.  Getting a site to pay for itself is a real selling point. :)</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t think that it really should have much sway over which framework a developer chooses for his/her own development, but I haven&#039;t seen any evidence that Zend Framework is less popular than CakePHP and Symfony. Here are 2 polls that seem to provide counter-examples to your assertion:

Don&#039;t get me wrong, I think they are all great frameworks, but I don&#039;t think ZF suffers from lack of popularity. :)

I&#039;d also like to say that the Zym project is really outstanding and has been developed by some of our most active contributors. I think that many of their features are going directly in to ZF, however, since we streamlined our proposal process. I&#039;m very excited to see what new directions Zym will be heading in, since I understand that the developers will be augmenting ZF in new ways going forward.
